I recently solicited VEDU's service to review a rental agreement for my daughter, prior to signing. I spoke to Emily who is extremely courteous and knowledgeable. She was able to help me right away (on a very short notice). She arranged for Dennis Riccio (attorney) to review the lease agreement. Dennis was detailed and thorough in his review and provided extremely valuable inputs and assessment on the agreement. He provided descriptive feedback so I can knowledgeably determine whether to proceed with the rental or not. Furthermore, they provided the service all within the same afternoon.
