My husband and I had an unfortunate situation where we were both arrested last summer. We are in our sixties and had never been in any trouble. We had a disagreement with other family members that ended in some physical altercations which resulted in criminal charges. We retained Armando Nava upon the recommendation of another attorney. Armando could only represent one of us; he gave my husband a referral and he took my case. To this day, I consider Armando to be one of the best blessings I’ve ever had. You will never find a more caring individual. The compassionate he showed for me and willingness to always listen is something I will never forget. After speaking to Armando for the very first time, I mentally felt better about how the future looked from having a criminal charge against myself. Armando had excellent knowledge of the law and was always able to answer any questions or concerns that I had. He was assertive but in a very respectful way. My situation was unique from many different aspects. Armando found solutions to each of my issues and always made sure I understood how he was handling them. I was unfamiliar with this legal world and required Armando to explain the same thing over and over; he never lost his patience with me. I also knew that he would be quick to return my phone calls or text messages; his promptness helped to put me at ease many times. I am very pleased to say that my situation has been resolved to my satisfaction and my name is clean. Armando gave me back my old life and I will never be able to thank him enough or say enough good about him.

I just got done fighting a case that I’ve been putting off since 2018. I had Armando Nava has my attorney and it was the best decision I’ve made. I talked to a ton of attorneys about a criminal case that my brothers facing and Mr. Nava by far was hands down the best that I spoke to. He was extremely helpful and explained all the charges my brother was facing. Mr. Nava contacted me multiple times to update me and walk me through the different scenarios and what I could possibly expect. I hadn't even hired him and he reached out to the courts to get an update on pending charges, he really showed he cared and was willing to go to bat for my brother. Armando is the type of lawyer one can trust and rely on, with full confidence he will bring the best results possible. He has represented me personally, multiple times. Matthew Smiley is a well recommended outstanding lawyer even tho he got selected to me as a probono he worked with me like a 50k lawyer I was getting 15 to 8 years got dropped to 2 years to 1 year in work release I am so greatful for his moves and I obeyed everything of his tasks.
