Mr Theut was my attorney during a guardianship/conservatorship where now ex-wife wanted have me committed and have me as the ward. Mr. Theut kept me informed and my trial only lasted 6 minutes. Petition from my now ex-wife dismissed, Now he is going after her for his attorney fees.
