TOTAL CLOWN CAR OF AN OFFICE!!! NO CONSEQUENCES WHATSOEVER for folks running around giving unlicensed legal advice (like Krystle Bello at Associated Property Management) - in fact, the clown tasked with responsibility for this wasted time digging into my social media profiles (I can SEE your views, Tom!!!) than addressing the person who is actually practicing law without a license in this State. Carrie Sherman, the "Director of Board Operations" could care less about the OPERATIONS issues I tried to bring to her attention!!! NO ONE - even the CEO or his assistant!!! - answers their phones or their emails, & the switchboard operator said she "didn't know" if her supervisor was at work today. Uh... who doesn't know if their supervisor is at work? A CLOWN CAR STAFF, that's who!!! And, what kind of "State Bar" doesn't list attorney contact information on its website??!!!

Quickly sweeps under the rug any concerns. I brought forth the falsified documents and they decided to not pursue this. Beware.

I've revealed full evidence in the form of disclosures of an attorney false reporting to law enforcement officers several times, lying to judges multiple times and on pleadings regarding procedural events in transcripts and even creating falsified documents. A long documented pattern of knowingly making false statements on pleadings and lying under oath with several superior court judges. This attorney engaged in criminal and unethical conduct and the AZ bar , their intake attorney , Thomas McCauley, stated it's not in their venue and there is nothing they can do about it ! Further, an insult to all members of the public that the AZ Bar is positioned to simply cover up ABA violations, nothing more. What a generic agency! Intake officers do nothing, but cover up and are fully aligned with unethical attorneys. I’ve had three lawyers and two police officers suggest these violations on the rules of professional conduct be directed and taken to the ABA, which according to them and their intake attorney , Thomas Mcauley, it's not their venue! According to this intake attorney, one has to be a party in the lawsuit to initiate complaints against an attorney in the first place ! You can’t just be an outsider to initiate a complaint, but have to be a party to initiate a complaint!!! As an attorney telling me this himself reveals more than enough . Don’t these people have an ethical and professional duty and obligation to report attorney misconduct or are there conflicts of interest there ? An attorney lying under oath to judges, false reporting to police officers, making falsified documents and more is kosher with the AZ bar !

I contacted Tyler Allen law firm about a ticket I received for speeding. It was a Saturday afternoon when I contacted him by email. He responding with an a few hours back to me. Though it turned out I did not require his services he did educate me about the charges I was facing and what I could do to take care of those charges with out financial cost. This correspondence was just not one email back-and-forth it was three or four over a two day period. I have dealt with the legal system before and I would have to say in my experiences …. the timely fashion that he contacted me back and the voluntary information and help he gave me is very rare. I would 100% recommend him to anybody for services that he offers and I’ve already told him if there becomes a time that I need a lawyer he will be the one I’ll be calling. Jim
