Mr. Allen is everything you DON"T expect in an attorney. He is humble, not greedy, honest and caring (I know, right?!?). My wife and I were not aware that severance packages for layoffs are negotiable. A friend suggested we look into this and told us she had a friend who consulted with an attorney and negotiated his own severance package successfully. So I called Tyler Allen Law Firm and was scheduled for a consultation the next day at a very reasonable rate. Instead of trying to sell us all kinds of legal services that we didn't need and probably would have hurt us more than helped us, Mr. Allen instead helped us write our own letter of negotiation to my wife's employer. I told Mr. Allen that all we really wanted is to get COBRA insurance paid for by the company for the 9 months until my wife turns 65. I told him we just wanted 2-3 weeks severance pay per year of employment, when the company initially offered only 1/3 of that amount with no benefits. Mr. Allen suggested we ask for 3 weeks per year and that the company might counter with an offer of 2 weeks per year. Well, that is exactly what happened. My wife got 2 weeks pay for every year of employment, which should be enough to cover COBRA insurance premiums, but we never would have gotten it if we hadn't known it is ok to ask/negotiate. 20 minutes of Mr. Allen's time got us almost $14,000 in severance pay, and all for a modest consultation fee of $100.

So we have used this company a total of three times I was driving a oversize load on the I 40 got pulled over doing between 75 and 80 mph when you’re under a oversize load in Arizona speed limit is 55 mph but I did not know that the Tyler Alain law firm got my citation from a speeding ticket to a nonmoving violation. I got a ticket off the Phoenix Arizona bypass just recently are use the Tyler Alain law firm once again the officer pulled me over and told me I was speeding I was not he said I was doing 50 mph in a 45 mph zone the officer wanted to illegally search my vehicle I refuse I then asked him how I was speeding and he said it was 45 mph well about 100 feet where I pulled over was the 45 mph sign in front of me Mr. Allen Got this speeding ticket dismissed out of court In conclusion I have received a lot of citations as a truck driver all over the United States from Virginia Arizona California Washington Indiana this is the only law firm that has gotten anything dismissed off my record not just lowered But dismissed
