WOW thank God for putting this law firm in our path. We are extremely grateful for their services. Ariel Davis (our lawyer) did such an amazing job on defending us. What should have been just a traffic ticket was charged as a felony, which obviously could have impacted us and our company tremendously but she fought for us over multiple court dates without additional fees. Tyler Allen is not a “normal” attorney. He is wise beyond his years. He is strategically a problem solver. He is simple and clear cut. My case was never about money, although the settlement was fair. It was about staying true to the law. Employees with disabilities have protection under the EEOC, the ADA and Title 7. Tyler is a person first and an attorney second. I placed my case in his trust. I contacted Tyler Allen for help with a sexual harassment and retaliation situation that I was dealing with in the workplace. From the minute I called, he was very responsive and energetic. He seemed very eager to help and offered a ton of information. In the end, I decided not to pursue legal action but I know that if I change my mind, he will be the person I call. He spent a lot of time with me giving me all of my options and was very courteous when I decided not to proceed. I really appreciated that as well as his knowledge, time spent and compassion.
