Hello. I emailed Tyler because I had a question in my mind about how I should proceed with my civil citation due to a collision. He assured me to take the defensive driving course to remove the ticket. He said, “This will save you money versus you hiring me.” Tyler answered my why question. Why does law enforcement cite me for a collision with no injuries to both parties? He replied with statistics and facts about how some law enforcement departments are following policy, and some just use citations to make money. Either way, he helped me decide for the cost effective way to handle the citation.
