Fabian represents himself to be a very confident Personal Injury attorney. That couldn't be further from the truth in my case. The only positive thing I can say about Fabian is that he at least understands state statue. His communication skills with me were very subpar. Fabian would affirm certain duties or tasks would be done by a specific deadline, but fail to meet them. Sometimes even weeks would go by where I would call his office or work cell with ZERO answers. I wouldn't even hear from him. He would affirm some of his employees contacted me about pertinent information regarding my case when in fact they did not. He over promised and under delivered on many occasion. I cannot in good conscience recommend this attorney based on my experience. Fabian "specializes" in other practices as well, but do your home work and interview many lawyers before coming to a decision. Take my short coming as a warning!
