I’m not usually one to write reviews good or bad but I feel this one is worth my time and yours. At the beginning of this process I felt completely depleted, discouraged, and just ready to give up. From the very first time I picked up the phone and heard Nitasha’s voice on the other end of the phone I knew I was going to be ok. Walking into the office for a consultation i felt even more at home. The entire staff was so supportive and kind. I felt like a celebrity every time I walked into the office. Nitasha was such a warrior for me. And I didn’t just have a lawyer, I had a family and a complete team of experts in my corner. I wouldn’t be where I am without Nitasha fighting for me. I recommend this office so much that anytime anyone asks me for anything like a painter, a dentist, a house keeper…. Essentially anything!!! If you wrote a check list for exactly who you’d want fighting for your children, she will still succeed your expectations!!! She is passionate, brilliant, poised, eloquent, sharp-witted, compassionate, graceful, and when I tell you she has the fight of a pitbull, I’m NOT lying!! I had an outstanding experience at the Law Office of Daniel Hutto, particularly due to Nitasha, who specializes in family law. Be weary $7500 down the drain without a trial or even mediation. These people don’t care who you are or what your background is, I am a Veteran/ First Responder and Healthcare worker and they did not hesitate to take advantage, swindle, and cause problems. Unfortunately I fell for the kind words and “empathetic” listening from the initial consultation. I was promised to have a strong and ethical counsel which initially things were working great until $7500 later (not even 1 trial or mediation) things became more stagnant. My Attorney Lacey Slough started to work against what was in mine and my children’s best interest and refused to at least *really* hear me out on important concerns, after literally arguing and constantly being interrupted every sentence I lost trust and confidence and requested to speak to a managing Attorney (John Carbone) who immediately had an attitude and said he was not going to change anything and that he was the only other person who could take my case and also refused to work with 1 simple request I had, and was told if I didn’t like it then I could find new counsel. So I asked for a withdrawal due to unethical practices and was told my Trust would be refunded ($1500+) well they didn’t hesitate to drain literally every penny so the balance would equal $0.00 it’s a true shame that this Office has such a great reputation yet a Veteran/First Responder and Healthcare worker would get this treatment. Very Distasteful!

Jenny is an excellent litigator and legal advocate- the best of the best. If you are an honest client with a drive for your child, she will be an exceptional navigator through the az family court system. You can trust her. You might not like what she has to say all the time (or the price, but can you put a price on the safety and happiness of your child? you’re paying for true expertise) , but she will help you win. She won’t waste your time, she knows her stuff and doesn’t play games. She won’t drag your time out, she doesn’t have to because she true talent. It’s scary when you have to choose a lawyer, but I assure you Jenny will be one decision you don’t regret. I am thankful for an expert like Jenny- you can’t put a price on the safety and happiness of your children. She is the most educated family law professional and if I could, I would choose her again.

I can't thank these guys enough... It was hell going through a custody battle that lasted almost 3 years. Without Annabelle, Sean, Shannon, and the rest of this amazing team I wouldn't have what I have now... MY SON. My odds in the beginning were stacked against me, if we're being honest. But if you follow their lead and do as they say your chances of winning will increase tenfold. Thank you Sean Campbell for believing in me in the beginning of this mess and not giving up on me. The last five years I had a diff Atty. I’ve been fighting in court to get custody back of my daughter. I spent over 100K in Atty fees and have not gotten the results that I wanted or were best. The courts does not care what you bring to their attention or if you do. They do not make good decisions for the best interest. I felt so drained and defeated and overwhelmed. I cried so many countless days, and praying. Some days I wanted to give up. But I never did. I kept fighting every day. I’m glad I did. I thought about seeking diff Atty for counsel to represent since my recent years were not successful with my past Atty. So I reached out and spoke to the office. The consultation went well with Shannon, an Atty. She listened to my concerns and she gave advice of how to proceed. I was connected with Nitasha who is my new Counsel. I paid my minimal retainer fee. I was apprehensive to take this issue to court because of my past history with the courts that haven’t been successful. I kept reminding myself that this is what’s best for the child, and it needs to be heard in court for a change. I knew this was my one only chance to get custody back. So I took the leap, and I proceeded. Nitasha is honest. She is kind and realistic. She cares about your case and whats best for the child. No matter how many calls or emails I sent or requested. She never showed she was annoyed with my concerns. She kept me informed every step of the process. Even moreso in the loop than my previous attorney would have done! I felt confident, safe and happy. I got the results that I’ve been wanting for the past five years. I entered into a settlement and didnt have to go to trial. I got custody back of my daughter and I got off child support!!!!! She made it seem so easy and seamlessly. She is very professional and respectful. This was the best decision I ever could’ve made and I only wish I did it sooner. That’s the only thing I’m kicking myself in the butt for. This office does not nickel and dime you like I have seen in the past with my experience with other attorney offices. The price is very reasonable. If I can say one thing is, I recommend this Office, and please request to work with Nitasha! She is phenomenal. She’s very intelligent in many versatile ways. She is such a blessing! she may think that her work was small, but it was huge in my heart. There’s no way I can thank her enough.
