In 2017 Kathy Stillman was supposed to be my hired attorney for my custody case. The father of my child was on drugs, and not taking care of of child the way he should. She told me there was no way the courts would give me most of the time I was asking fo. Even given his failed drug tests and he put in his financial sheet he spends 60-80 a month on alcohol and cigarettes- no support for our child, and our child came back with many bruises many many times. Kathy told me there was nothing that could be done and I should just sign what the dad’s attorney offered. She made me feel pressured and so un-heard. Fast forward a year after that we went to court again, and again today. However, I have a new attorney and things are going very well, and this time around everyone is putting the child first. Kathy doesn’t care.

Nitasha and her staff did well. Although we were not able to get everything we wanted, I never felt mislead or oversold. The expectations were laid out and she provided excellent counsel. If I ever have need, I will definitely retain again!
