Here is some good news for those who are thinking about filing for bankruptcy. At first, considering a bankruptcy was a depressing experience. Mark handled my case over a 5 year period. There were some issues that he managed expertly and his oversight resulted in my Chapter 13 discharge. Before you hire an attorney, ask how many BKs he's seen through to discharge. I bet not many. It requires skill, oversight, knowledge of the laws, persistence and a genuine care for the client.
