Extremely helpful!

I was charged with a criminal ticket that was not only ridiculous, but could have greatly impacted my license and career as an over-the-road truck driver. I am from NC and found Tyler Allen easy to work with, kept me updated on the case, and handled all aspects very promptly and professionally. He was able to reduce the ticket to a simple infraction which resulted in no points on my license or on my safety record.

Tyler handled a speeding ticket for me that was wrongly bumped up to a criminal charge for reckless driving. Tyler told me all of my legal options and how to best handle the situation given all of the evidence that existed. Ultimately, the penalty was dismissed due to the lack of evidence that Tyler noticed. If not for Tyler's understanding of law and ability to communicate that effectively to the prosecutor, the penalty probably wouldn't have been reduced - much less dismissed. I would recommend Tyler to anyone who has been charged with reckless driving or other criminal charges.

I worked with Matthew Anderson in 2009 after getting into a car accident and suffering from back issues. FYI do NOT speed in AZ! In Utah there are signs posted at 80mph and 85mph is commonplace, but in the lovely state of Arizona they’ll hit you with a Class C Misdemeanor for anything above 85mph. Thank you Tyler Allan and crew for getting the charges significantly lowered with 0 points going on my record!! His staff is top notch! They stayed on top of my case all the way through it.
