Beth Mulcahy's FB seminars are incredibly enlightening. I am a board member for an HOA and I consider Beth's seminars "A MUST".

My HOA is a disaster- as they cannot seem to send on time bills to residents, and then when we don't pay the late fees, we are given to this "law firm" to collect. I have HOA dues which are already late again, why?- because my HOA cannot seem to send me a bill without a late fee attached. This firm wont take any accountability for their client, and I cannot tolerate when people are BAD, steal money, and take advantage of others. They have not listened to any of my concerns- and I would believe EVERY SINGLE BAD THING ABOUT THEM. This "firm" gives ambulance chasers a good name (I wish I could bold this) The unethical practices continue. If I am getting CHARGED for sending an email that requires a response, it would be ethical of that "lawfirm" to say so up front. Not tell you 4-5 days later that your bill has nearly doubled from the time this "lawyer" spent answering my questions. Furthermore, she did not answer my initial questions, which caused me to send another email-- which was only increasing my bill without my knowledge. And this cycle continued up to the point where they said my bill nearly doubled-- again, this was WITHOUT NOTICE. If you are looking for a "law firm" to steal money, take advantage, and disrespect people - this is the one. I would say the persons name who I was dealing with, but looking at reviews, the owner replies with something like- that person does not work for our firm, blah blah blah.

Great Big Thank you for the job that Mulcahy Law Firm did for our Zoom HOA Annual Meeting! Paige did an awesome job in conducting our Annual HOA Meeting using Zoom. Paige has also been a great resource, and a steading influence, in our ongoing issues with one of our homeowners. Mulcahy Law Firm has been a tremendous asset to our HOA. All of our Board agrees that this has been money well spent!!! Everyone I've dealt with at this firm has been professional, helpful, and first class all the way. My HOA Board and I have been very impressed with the quality of the staff and the extreme knowledge everyone has. They have provided excellent guidance, and help, through a troubling time with a very difficult homeowner and provided excellent guidance and direction in assisting us with a Zoom HOA Meeting. As a newly elected first time HOA President I realized I needed help- I wanted to quit. Frustrated with no resources what do you do? Google! After quick google search on a cold Indiana Sunday, I found some amazing videos. Beth is an excellent teacher. Her videos are helpful to the seasoned HOA President and to a newbie like myself. I sent Beth a lengthy email asking for direction. I'm in Indiana, she's in Arizona. In less than 24 hours I received a warm, thoughtful professional email. Although she isn't licensed in Indiana and obviously couldn't provide legal advice - but, she did point me in the direction to some very help resources. I was surprised! If your're in Arizona and need help contact Beth Mulchay. She is polite, knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend Beth's videos, and resources on her web page they are free and very helpful. Thank you!

This firm took a direction I didn't approve and still charged me over a thousand dollars. I wish I could have more positive things to say about the quality of work they perform but they refused to negotiate even after their mistake.

I have never called an attorney who was so rude and have the "I could care less what your problem is" attitude. to the clients who call in as this firm has. There is a paralegal named Kerry at this firm that is extremely rude and has the worst customer service manners I have ever encountered.. I have talked to her twice and got the same rude response from her.
