So we have used this company a total of three times I was driving a oversize load on the I 40 got pulled over doing between 75 and 80 mph when you’re under a oversize load in Arizona speed limit is 55 mph but I did not know that the Tyler Alain law firm got my citation from a speeding ticket to a nonmoving violation. I got a ticket off the Phoenix Arizona bypass just recently are use the Tyler Alain law firm once again the officer pulled me over and told me I was speeding I was not he said I was doing 50 mph in a 45 mph zone the officer wanted to illegally search my vehicle I refuse I then asked him how I was speeding and he said it was 45 mph well about 100 feet where I pulled over was the 45 mph sign in front of me Mr. Allen Got this speeding ticket dismissed out of court In conclusion I have received a lot of citations as a truck driver all over the United States from Virginia Arizona California Washington Indiana this is the only law firm that has gotten anything dismissed off my record not just lowered But dismissed

Kenneth made the first courtesy call on the day of the court date. He was cordial and knowledgeable about possible options and potential impacts, listenend and showed willingness to go the distance which is the light to this darkness of the citations I needed. I did miss an email from the office initially to update my consent for them to represent me which could have been totally "2020". According to the one star review I read on here that might be a 'failure to communicate' client expectations w Interstate Truckers. God forbid should I need to call again, I am confident I will have a voice!
