I reached out to Mr. Allen after receiving a speeding ticket. Being new to AZ, I wasn’t aware of traffic laws and I did not want this to affect my record. He answered within minutes of my inquiry and provided me with genuine advice. This time around it was best to do traffic school, however, I’m sure that in the future I will need his services and I know I can trust him to provide the best option for me without being money driven. Definitely first choice when seeking legal advice!

I was going north on interstate 17 coming down from the big hill got caught 75 in a 65 in camp verde AZ long story short got my ticket reduced to a none moving violation which is important to me im a truck driver so i get no points on my cdl very happy with the results thank you

I had a unique and serious case that would greatly affect my life and career. Shannon was as knowledgeable as I could have expected. I had complete confidence in her the whole time and she was able to get an order of protection against me dismissed. The order would have affected my background checks and income. My ex-girlfriend made allegations to obtain the order against me as a way to keep me from getting my dog back after she took him. So, I was able to get my dog back the day it was dismissed and keep my career intact.

This is a long review. Here's a shorter review: If you found Tyler, go to him! Don’t waste your time. I was falsely charged with (racing/exhibition) of speed and speeding on April of this year. If you don’t know, this is a criminal charge and a class one misdemeanor. It’s the worst kind of misdemeanor you can get in Arizona. Obviously not knowing what to do, but knowing enough that I needed to have a good attorney behind me. So, I started looking for law-firms and reviewed every lawyer that I could find individually. I’ve met and spoke with five different attorneys before coming to Tyler. My conversation fell into one of these categories: 1) The typical give me your money and I’ll run away type attorney 2) The I’ll give you a call back in 12 months type attorney! 3) The over-exaggerated attorney with unrealistic promises 4) The I have no idea type attorney, but hey bro I’ll give it a shot! Hell yeah! Not going to name, but the majority of the law-firms I visited only seemed to care about their bottom-line, and the attorneys I spoke to fell into one of the above categories. That was, until I found Tyler. From the moment I walked into his office, I was greeted and immediately given a date to meet with Tyler. Tomorrow morning to be exact. I left the office with good impressions, but still skeptical from previous experiences. When I met Tyler, he was very direct with me. He looked at the case, my ticket, and immediately came up with a game plan; something that all the other attorneys simply answered with “We’ll review this and give you a call.” That was impressive of him. The second thing that I was also impressed with, was the fact that he knew all the Scottsdale city court judges by name. Now, I’m an engineer, and I research the $h!t out of everything. So, I knew the Judges beforehand, but the fact that he was also on the same page with me, was a plus. He also knew some of the prosecutors and had worked with them before, another plus. At the end of the day, Tyler went over the different scenarios, explained his plan, the process, without making any exaggerating promises. Most importantly, he was honest. Sold! I signed the contract and hired Tyler to represent me. Now, I must say, this was my first time ever dealing with a situation like this, so I was still extremely nervous, and sometimes there’s nothing you can do about it but to trust the process. After I sent my first email to Tyler (Which was shortly after I met him), he responded literary within 5 minutes. That actually made me feel better. And, his promptness continued over the course of my case. Every time I sent him an email, he would respond back within half an hour or less. And it wasn’t just 1-2 emails, I would email him at least once every two weeks and still get the same level of promptness. Very, very impressive. Few months went by, few court dates, and Tyler stuck right by me. At the end of the day, my charge was dismissed and we won the case! Meaning, I survived the alleged misdemeanor charge. This was the single best news I could get! I was ecstatic. I’m so grateful for Tyler, his firm, and all his help and support throughout my case. I could not have asked for a better attorney. I would recommend Tyler to anyone seeking legal help. He is a sedulous, honest lawyer, and in my humble opinion, simply the best defense lawyer in the valley.

I recently hired the Tyler Allen Law Firm to represent me for a citation that I was issued following a rear-end collision. I was the rear-ended party and the firm was able to assist me in fighting the charge. Very friendly, communicative, and professional.
