Though I haven't had the pleasure to meet Atty. Young, yet, only by AVVO email system. It's his photo eyes/facial expression that caught my attention that shows he's an articulate-motivated person (a person's eyes is the window into their soul/mind). I'll be lucky for him to allow me to hire for his representation AFTER he has read my sent consult- emails to him. HE GOT A RATED 10-STARS REVIEW FROM ME.

Taylor advised me at our first meeting to take the money I was going to pay him and use it to settle with the opposing side citing the superior courts findings were too damning to win in the appellate court. Once he realized this was not going to happen he came up with a plan explaining the possible outcomes (good and mostly bad). After 3 years he prevailed in the appellate court. Great communications, highly skilled and very responsive. Could not give a higher recommendation.

I contacted Mr. Taylor Young to provide both consulting & representation for an Appeals case. After leaving him a voicemail, he surprisingly called me back 30-mins later. We spent about 20-mins on the phone discussing my case, in which I followed up sending him a copy of my recent Order. He told me that he would get back to me within 3-days, yet after 5-days he had not followed up. At that time, I followed up again via sending him an email and phone call. Three days go by, and still no response. After Mr. Taylor lead me to believe that I had a strong appeals case that he would be able to represent me on, to this day, which is 4-months later, I have never heard back from him. Not even a courtesy email or voicemail stating that he had something come up or was unable to represent me due to his workload. Considering you only have 30-days to file an appeals, to have an attorney never contact you, let alone a client have to wait 5-10 days to realize that he isn't going to follow up, is detrimental to your ability to provide another professional attorney ample time to review and draft your appeals motion. I highly recommend not wasting your time, nor money dealing with Mr. Taylor's egotistic and arrogant attitude.

I was and am currently a client of Taylor Young. He has represented me on multiple appeals cases, which is one of his specialties. His understanding of the law and quality of work is peerless. Performs thorough research. Listens to the client and integrates suggestions intelligently and appropriately. Will offer an honest and accurate assessment of options so you are not left hanging, improving odds of success. Pricing is fair, are good people, which is unusual for a lawyer. Taylor even came to my house to pick up documents! How many attorneys do you know who would do that? Would highly recommend.

Mr. Young was very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive even at odd hours in the days leading up to and following hearing. He is very good at explaining procedure which allowed me to understand processes much better than I was able to on my own. I would highly recommend Taylor to anyone seeking representation.

I have known Taylor for the better part of 15 years. He is knowledgeable and thoughtful. He understands litigation and the need for effective appellate representation. He is a whiz with Special Actions...which means that he can turn work product around quickly and effectively. The quality I admire most is his ability to spot decent issues. Every trial has appealable issues...but choosing the ones that will get a substantive appellate ruling is key.
