Very glad I hired hired Timothy Hintze. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. He took time to explain what was going and translate all the confusing legal terms into words I could understand. He also was always very prompt with responding to any questions I had. He appeared at all my court appearance on my behalf so that I never needed to. He fought for my case, which he warned me would be long and drawn out over 6 months, but ultimately had the charges dropped as I've of the arresting officers was deployed and couldn't be represented in court. This was my first time requiring a lawyer and i couldn't imagine trying to go through this process alone. AZ has very strict and harsh OUI and DUI laws that even below the legal limit can still mess with your life. I'm very glad I had the support of Rosenstein Law to get me through this time.

Initially I talked with 3 attorneys before making a decision. The first two (one that was highly recommended to me by a close friend) talked to me for only 10-15minutes before pushing me to get them on retainer and that it would be an “easy case”.
