I have dealt with this organization twice. Despite having evidence in the form of court transcripts, false filings and recorded conversations they still did nothing. They stated over and over again that they don't punish people for practicing bad law. A judge must rule they were deceptive. They will call the lawyer you complain about and just take them at their word. Dealing with this organization is a waste of time. Matt McGregor and Ms. Vessey, there's a special place in Hell for you and people like you.

Glad I waited to submit my charge. It's hard to prove many things; I understood it was important not to allege something that ends up becoming a he said/she said situation, since those usually are difficult to get anywhere with. If you suspect bad faith, be patient and try to get them breaking the rules IN WRITING or with witnesses... Maybe in a court filing, or catch them in a lie... Lol it's not that hard. Sad kind of how bad it is out here, dang

This place isn’t as bad as people say it is. Yes I get it it is frustrating when you have too rehash the situation but these people here are genuine when they tell you they want to help you :) the staff are understanding to what happens on the outside world and outside world issues however they are still people and they are good at expressing empathy while maintaining professionalism 🤘🏾🫶🏾
