Quickly sweeps under the rug any concerns. I brought forth the falsified documents and they decided to not pursue this. Beware.

I've revealed full evidence in the form of disclosures of an attorney false reporting to law enforcement officers several times, lying to judges multiple times and on pleadings regarding procedural events in transcripts and even creating falsified documents. A long documented pattern of knowingly making false statements on pleadings and lying under oath with several superior court judges. This attorney engaged in criminal and unethical conduct and the AZ bar , their intake attorney , Thomas McCauley, stated it's not in their venue and there is nothing they can do about it ! Further, an insult to all members of the public that the AZ Bar is positioned to simply cover up ABA violations, nothing more. What a generic agency! Intake officers do nothing, but cover up and are fully aligned with unethical attorneys. I’ve had three lawyers and two police officers suggest these violations on the rules of professional conduct be directed and taken to the ABA, which according to them and their intake attorney , Thomas Mcauley, it's not their venue! According to this intake attorney, one has to be a party in the lawsuit to initiate complaints against an attorney in the first place ! You can’t just be an outsider to initiate a complaint, but have to be a party to initiate a complaint!!! As an attorney telling me this himself reveals more than enough . Don’t these people have an ethical and professional duty and obligation to report attorney misconduct or are there conflicts of interest there ? An attorney lying under oath to judges, false reporting to police officers, making falsified documents and more is kosher with the AZ bar !

No help

Wasn't able to achieve what needed to be done with the intake attorney so now I have to go to arbitration because the divorce attorney I heard mislead me about what he was going to charge me for my divorce. The initial lady I spoke with was very nice and empathetic but then when I got a call from the intake attorney he was not helpful and was definitely on the side of the attorney and was not an advocate for me. Very dissappointed in the process.

I tried to get some advice from them but all they care about is getting their money first. And they’re very Rude and unprofessional. They need to hire new people, who is willing to listen and help their clients. After all your not listing to us for FREE.

If I could give this agency 0 stars I would. The attorney and the supervisor were very rude argumenative, unprofessional, prejudicial and bias. It was definitely an injustice the way I was treated. Don't expect to get any help shame
