Charley has heart and compassion when it comes to his job. He fought hard for our family and gave my fiance and I our lives back, after my fiances long battle with an unnecessary amount of child support and alimony due to his ex-spouse being a controlling parent. Charley was highly professional, very helpful, informative and patient! and also has a great sense of humor! Thank you, Charley, we appreciate you!

Charlie has been put on probation with the bar several times he is known for legal malpractice and been found guilty of it. He will betray his clients for money do your research before you hire him he is not a good lawyer or person and that come from my families experience with him.

Charley has represented me in several cases and he has always been amazing. Knowledgeable and always customer focused. He has always heard what I wanted and fought hard for it. I recommend him to everyone and my family.

Even if I did not agree with the judges outcome that was out of mine or Charley control. He gave a lot of helpful advice and helped me understand the decree. I believe he did good best on my case. It was very complicated. He can only do within his man power.

I was specific on my last review. According ti avvo community standards, I was too specific. Charley Leyman was hired to amend a simple will for a mobile home add-on. He quoted under $300.00 and I was charged $600.00 He disappears for 6 weels no phone calls or return of numerous messages. DO NOT RECOMMEND. honesty comes first, not with Charley

This attorney did absolutely nothing for me or my family, I was trying to get my grandchildren out of foster care. He claimed to had a lot of knowledge about the system and also had confidential consultants but I didn't see any of that. He was easy to reach when I owed him money but as soon as I paid him I couldn't get a return phone call from him. He called me with an angry tone and said he would not work on my case until I paid the remainder of the money and that experience has shown him that if a family really love their kids they will find the money. I had the money but it just so happened I was moving and my time off work was dedicated to moving. In court he hurt my case. Everything he told the judge was inaccurate. I had to waste my time to speak in court correcting statements he made that were wrong. When I went to his office to see how to proceed with the case, I waiting an hour for him and then his staff put me in a conference room but never told him and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. He harshly stated "What do you want to do." At that point I knew I didn't want him to "help" me. In addition, on several occasions he mixed my case with another case and called me by the wrong name and emailed minute entries that wasn't for my case.

Charley stepped right in to help me with a legal mess when my husband passed away. He is kind, knowledgeable, trustworthy and fair. Thank you Charley for all you have done. Dee

Even though I (fortunately) have not found myself compelled to utilize Charley's professional services, I have found him to be a most interesting, energetic, and reliable person in my personal dealings with him. I would certainly think that those qualities would carry over into his profession as well!

I had a question concerning a legal document received by a relative. I called Charley and he gave me some great advice on how to handle the situation. I plan to hire Charley in the future, if and when the occassion arises. I have already referred others to him and will continue to do so.

Charley listens well! One of his many skills is getting right down to the rub of the issue. Another is formulating a game plan that is to the point, and aimed at quick resolution. He helped me do just that on several cases each with a different topic, i.e., elder care and real estate. The elder care case resulted in me assessing how much I wanted to put into the solution of the situation. The real estate cases enabled me to set goals and convey to the other parties what I was and wasn't willing to do to resolve the case. Charley understands human behavior and helps to set realistic expectations.
