I was involved in a serious car accident and my car was total loss. I was rear-ended by another vehicle. I was taken to the hospital (ER) to be examined and treated for my injuries. The following day, I called the responsible party’s insurance company and reported the accident. Several days after my initial, I received a telephone call from the responsible party’s insurance company with a settlement offer. I was very disappointed with the offer.
