After two years of being left in the dark about what was going on with my case, especially after everything I went through with injuries. Gail Barsky was put on my case, instantly just from our first conversation I knew everything was going to get better. By far the worst customer service I've ever received. The staff is rude and unwelcoming. I had signed a contract for Suzanne to represent me and she quit the firm and now I know why. This place is very unorganized and over worked. They provided me with no confidence in my case. Taking my business elsewhere. There are way too many other reputable law firms to even consider them. Without Suzanne they are falling apart. Don't sign anything with them because they will charge you whether you decide to go with them or not and they can change your attorney like they did with me and still charge if you decide to leave. I signed on with Suzanne for Suzanne and since she left I'm now stuck with a new attorney and because I'm choosing to leave I'm getting charged. Just a terrible experience all around. I don't recommend them at all.

I was injured in a car accident and bills were piling up and felt the insurance company was just stringing me along. I called a bunch of personal injury attorneys and met with about 3 different law firms. The personal injury lawyer that took on my case was very upfront and honest through the whole process. The staff here are friendly and I would recommend this place to anyone.
