When I had my accident, my friend referred me to Sandy at Goldberg and Osborn. I couldn't believe how nice and friendly they were and they didn't make empty promises. They fulfilled their obligation to me .I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Very atrocious type of service going on here. Spoke with Darcie who just couldn't help herself from constantly interrupting me and talking over me. I remained professional and patient through it. After asking all of my personal info and not letting me explain anything before she demands my info, i finally was given permission by Darcie to tell her the nature of my injury. Soon as i told her, she barraged over me with stuff that i couldn't hear, because i was still in mid sentence speaking. She said, they dont deal with this type of case and told me to find someone else. I asked to please let me explain briefly the situation and she kept interrupting me with refusal. After not letting me speak i asked for her supervisor. Her supervisor Amanda got on the line, laughing in a strange manner. Amanda let me talk briefly, then started to back up her client with the apathetic behavior and welcoming the apathy. Then told me don't waste your time calling us again because we dont care. Im pretty sure the attorneys invite this behavior there. Wasting people's time gathering all their personal info and showing complete apathetic behavior to the situation. This is egregious behavior. The call was recorded on my end. My actually name is different than what is displayed here. I use this alias Pablo Ram so ro avoid retaliation. My entire call was recorded with these representatives and i have a text confirmation from them that we spoke and that they refuse my request for help because they like talking over people. Stop deleting my reviews based on false reports from the business google.
