I went to Ben at a very low time in my life and he was able to help me through a 5 year BK. Ben is very sensitive. Every time I felt like giving up, he was there to cheer me on and convince me that I could do this and I did successfully complete a five year BK all because he cares for his clients! I highly recommend Ben Wright and his staff for your legal needs!

I interviewed two other Law offices. One more expensive and one less expensive. I chose to use been because the services he offered were well worth what I was Charged. He helped keep me informed on a timely basis as my case has progressed. He took care of everything including doctors, chiropractors and when the settlement came, he got the hospital to take a significant cut in what they were supposed to get paid which resulted in a bigger reward. When I first came to see Attorney Ben wright I was in panic! I had filed chapter 7 with a document prepare r that did not know what she was doing and certainly did not help in my case. I explained Attorney Ben my situation and that my HOA was harassing me and trying to take my Home away and that it was was actually the main reason that I had to file BK; He was very patient with me, explained my options, I decided to hire him after a long conversation where he actually took the time to explain every option, we got to an agreement of what was the best option for my specific case. After that conversation I was pretty confident that he was the one that could work my case. After a couple of months I know that he has done his best to help me with my case, he converted my BK (previously filed wrong under chapter 7 also by the wrong person), to a chapter 13, where I can protect my home. About attorney Wright....I like his personalized attention, I like to be able to reach him if I need to, I like that he keeps me inform of what is going on in my case, I feel pretty confident with my decision :) My advised to people going through the same or similar situation....make the right choice, look for a good attorney that would take care of fighting this battle for you, it is very hard and it is always good to know who has your back. Benjamin Wright has a great team :)
