We are indebted to Claudia Horan for all the work she put into ensuring our accident case was properly settled. She worked with Medicare, the hospitals, and the numerous Doctors to ensure they were paid fairly -- and more importantly -- we did not pay for more than we should have for services. Additionally, Claudia worked with our insurance, and the other party's insurance company, to secure the proper settlement amount from BOTH insurance providers. This experience has taught us that it is imperative to have great representation when negotiating with medical providers and insurance companies. My wife, and I were both financial professionals during our working lives. I went to claudia for an accident case after being given the run around by the other drivers insurance after being hit in an accident. She was very professional, calming and always quickly responsive. Claudia always kept me updated on the status of my case and thoroughly explained my rights and options in terms I could understand. I was referred to Ryan through a friend. The consultation was wonderful. He told me I would receive a small reduced fee due to the referral. The papers I signed didn’t reflect that and I didn’t notice until months later. My case was passed to a. Different attorney in the firm. I never saw or spoke to Ryan again. The second attorney was great but moved on. I was not notified until some guy called to update me on my case. He didn’t himself as my new attorney until I asked who he was. I thought he was a receptionist or paralegal. This attorney was condescending and disinterested in even making me feel as if his interests were to represent me. Today I called the office and asked to speak to Ryan about my concerns and with issues of further consequences that I was assured would not result in taking a bogus guilty plea. I was informed that would be another case. Save your money. There are more affordable attorneys that will do the same things and maybe more for you. I’m so disappointed because they came so highly recommend.

So let me just say that Claudia is amazing! When this whole thing happened my family was devastated. We ended up maxing our credit lines out and spending our savings just to survive. And despite one thing after another happening to both my family and Claudia( sickness, losing people, money problems, etc etc) She was right there through it all. Easy to talk to and patient with my demanding nature. Oftentimes explaining things to me more then once in the same conversation...lol. Needless to say once covid-19 happened and having everything shutdown I thought there was no hope that we would wrap up our case in time for me and my family to not go bankrupt. But despite having her office and movement severely restricted she managed to not only wrap it up quickly but we got more then expected. I would definitely recommend her for any injury claim! Claudia was just the best at helping me recover damages from a MVA when my Prius was totaled. Claudia exhibited a high degree of professionalism - kept me informed of the legal steps through out the settlement process. Very good at hand- holding, too.
