I was rear ended by a car and tried to deal with their insurance and had problems. I contacted Zanes Law and had no problems after that. They kept me informed to what was happening as the case progressed. They even contacted my insurance company to see if I could get more than the other insurance company allowed. Everyone that I talked to at Zanes Law was polite and looked out for me and my passenger. Thanks to Amanda and Katie, I had a most pleasant experience and was kept in the loop. I was rear ended by multiple cars last year. I tired to deal with the insurance companies on my own determined that I could hand things on my own. After several months of trying to get payment for my medical bills and still not having any of my phone calls returned I decided it was time to get some help. I am so grateful because the did everything and took a huge weight off my shoulders. They made sure all my bills where paid plus a little more for me. While they were negotiating they kept me in the loop with phone calls or email and catered to calling me after hours when it was best for me. I will recommend them to anyone who asks.

I hired the firm to represent me on my accident which occurred last year. They were fantastic and took care of everything from my car to helping me find good doctors. After I signed a contract with them they,they had my case for over a year,then once they received the check from my auto insurance they then dropped my case.Wish I had never signed a contract with them,what a waste of time.
