I don’t know where to begin, other than Jefferson Simmons saved my life. I am so amazed at all that he did for me. I got an extreme DUI in Phoenix in Aug 2020 which was a 2nd offense, and another lawyer highly recommended Jefferson. I called him and he immediately took my case, and from day one he just took the reins and was off like a rocket. I never once had to question anything or worry about anything. In Mar 2021 I had a traumatic head injury and had to have a major surgery, physical therapy, then a second surgery, etc. He made sure my case was put on hold until all my health issues were resolved. While my Phoenix DUI case was still in progress, I was charged with a 3rd extreme DUI in Scottsdale in Feb 2022, which in Arizona is a felony with 6 months in prison. Jefferson took that case on and juggled both cases and managed to keep my 3rd DUI out of felony court, so it remained a misdemeanor. Ultimately, I was sentenced to only 36 days jail for Scottsdale and 26 days jail for Phoenix, and it gets better. He got the Phoenix judge to let me serve that sentence concurrently with my Scottsdale sentence, so max days in jail ended being 36 days. He also got the Phoenix judge to accept everything I had to do for the Scottsdale case so I didn’t have to anything twice, i.e. MADD Victim Impact Panel, alcohol screening and classes, and 30 hrs community service. Jefferson is an amazing lawyer who no doubt truly cares about his clients. He fought so hard for me on both of my cases and kept me from having a felony on my record. I will forever be grateful to Jefferson because without him I would have no chance of getting my life back together.

So I was facing my first DUI and also other charges that were serious. I knew I needed to be represented but where to start? I started searching the web and you quickly find out whoever has the biggest marketing budget is listed big and bold and so our their fees and approach. Everything is listed like a ala carte menu or they make you think your getting a huge discount if you buy their inclusive service. I left each consultation feeling there has to be better. So I started calling the best DUI lawyers and Criminal lawyers in Phoenix and Jefferson was one of the 3 or 4 I initially called. I quickly was able to know quickly what I didn't want and I that was because I was fielding calls back to back and its doesn't take a genius to appreciate who wants to first understand your case before they tell you how great they are. Through this process I was surprised to find one attorney where I felt comfortable and not judged, who never not once boasted himself. Searching him online you can see he has the awards, achievement's, and respect from his peers he easily could have. Jefferson was never wishy washy or used ambiguous words that didn't really mean anything. He was honest and gave it to you as the facts of the case is all that matters. he answered every question I had through e-mail or text and if he wasn't able to get me an answer right away he would inform me of that so that never was I left guessing. I believe he really tried representing me the best way possible and we changed our defense on the actions of the prosecutor which I found very reassuring because he shared with me his thought process and why we should do this or that in response on how the prosecutor will file charges to bringing the case to trial. This is what you paying for the best possible outcome when you hire Jefferson Simmons. Your paying for the confidence that when your case is over and closed you know you received the best possible outcome and will most likely find yourself getting a outcome you didn't think possible. No public attorney will work your case or even have the knowledge and skills than hiring a pro and you can spend 2x I did but remember that extra cost goes to that 15th floor high end office space and all the stuff that wont make a difference in your case. I maybe bias but Jefferson Simmons is your best chance at your best outcome. If you care about hiring a attorney that is through, transparent, tactful and strategic you cant go wrong with Jefferson Simmons and his team. So I am sure your probably curious of my outcome, well I was facing a mandatory 1 year suspension since I refused a blood test and was serviced a warrant and they got it anyway - this type of suspension is at least I though was fireproof impossible to fight right? Well after Jefferson representing me at the hearing and did inform me he doesn't see me escaping this suspension no one really does but will be my advocate in the length and getting a restricted license after a period of time. A hour later I get a text - case dismissed no suspension !?! Jefferson upon his questioning of the officer found a discrepancy that clearly showed how he will do whatever he can and give you the best chance because how easy could it have been if he just wanted to get through the hearing, I would say very and I bet most attorneys do just that but Jefferson is a true tactician and shows his ability to listen because he saw a opening and saved my license. The rest of my experience was much of the same. I was facing 6 charges resulting from my DUI 3 were felonies. I stand here today with me case closed. Of the possible life changing outcomes for the worse I was facing all charges were dropped and I plead to a misdemeanor DUI the blood results were hard to beat. This was my best outcome. One thing I am not a wealthy and I have a family so hiring a attorney of this mans caliber was something I never thought I could afford but I figured it out and you will too if you want your best outcome.
