I felt very comfortable and confident in his ability to win my case once I started speaking with him. He is very knowledgeable and always took the time to explain every step of the process to me. We went through a deposition and an arbitration, which we won. My experience with Kellen was very positive. He proved his law acumen with how he communicated every step of what was going on with my case. He did an excellent job explaining and being candid with me when preparing me for the deposition. That was a big help and heads up for me. I always felt like I was being told what was happening with the case as it was happening; as opposed to being told days later. I was concerned in the beginning of the case on whether there was even a shot at any kind of a settlement as the police on seen did not take any witnesses down. Mr Bradley and his staff personally handled my case from day one. During the process, I was kept informed every step of the way. They assisted with expediting the property damage claim and jumped right in to handle the personal injury claim. They gathered all necessary medical bills and files and filed a claim with the other parties insurance carrier. My case was not simple and straight forward and required us to go to depositions and ultimately to arbitration. I was very effectively represented in these processes by Mr. Bradley and I could see how he was building a strong case for my claim. Expert witnesses were hired and presented at arbitration. Mr. Bradley's arguments at arbitration were very effective and professional. Mr. Bradley was very helpful in walking me through both the deposition and the arbitration hearing and making me feel comfortable with the process. We ultimately won the arbitration hearing and I was awarded damages. Mr. Bradley successfully negotiated the settlement of all outstanding medical liens which further increased the awarded damages. We are currently pursuing an additional award for damages for under insured motorist coverage and feel this will also be handled effectively on my behalf to complete the case. I am pleased with the whole process and am grateful to Mr. Bradley for all of his hard work on my behalf.
