My son was in a horrible motorcycle accident and his right leg was amputated by the vehicle that hit him. He was in ICU and I was by his side every minute. So, when it came to dealing with all the legal stuff, I was feeling so overwhelmed, I just wanted to take care of my son and Kellen made that possible. When we met him I knew he was the attorney we needed. Kellen is so kind, compassionate and caring. We could've of had a better man fighting for us. He kept us informed throughout the entire process and he would call just check on how we were doing and get updates on my son's progress. We got T-boned at an intersection by an SUV going about 60 miles an hour. The SUV was coming off a freeway at full speed and running a red light. Kellen tracked down the driver to a location outside the U.S. to get the driver deposed. Kellen filed our case in court to make sure the next time the driver causes a crash there is an official record of what happened, and maybe the police will be more likely to take the driver to jail and take away the driver’s license. Kellen kept our case on track despite all the court delays caused by the COVID shutdowns. Nothing can replace the time we lost in our lives recovering. Kellen did a great job of keeping myself informed and up to date with everything. Let me know the realistic out come and what to expect from opposing counsel. Julia was also very informative and kept in contact with my wife and I. They both did a wonderful job and would recommend them to anyone. Very honest and straightforward.
