From the moment I spoke with Laura, I felt that she was already dedicated to helping me and finding the best possible outcome to my situation. She took the worst time and situation in my life and made it something I felt that I could get through. Not only did she work hard, I felt like the whole staff was in my corner asking questions I'd never have thought of on my own and getting me answers and resources and peace of mind knowing somebody was doing the hard lifting for me, when I couldn't do it on my own or wouldn't have known where to start. Before speaking with Laura I had spoken to half a dozen lawyers and free consultations and I felt like no one was hearing me or understood what I was going through. She not only understood but asked questions other lawyers hadn't and voiced questions I hadn't even thought of. Not once did I feel like it was just another case or money to her but that I was a person that she truly cared about what happened to. I am amazed at her dedication, and willingness to follow through even in the toughest situations. I was referred to Ryan through a friend. The consultation was wonderful. He told me I would receive a small reduced fee due to the referral. The papers I signed didn’t reflect that and I didn’t notice until months later. My case was passed to a. Different attorney in the firm. I never saw or spoke to Ryan again. The second attorney was great but moved on. I was not notified until some guy called to update me on my case. He didn’t himself as my new attorney until I asked who he was. I thought he was a receptionist or paralegal. This attorney was condescending and disinterested in even making me feel as if his interests were to represent me. Today I called the office and asked to speak to Ryan about my concerns and with issues of further consequences that I was assured would not result in taking a bogus guilty plea. I was informed that would be another case. Save your money. There are more affordable attorneys that will do the same things and maybe more for you. I’m so disappointed because they came so highly recommend.
