Mr. Zoldan won me a ton of money for a sexual harassment suit against a fortune 200 company. It was a long time coming and I feel vindicated in my results. He took me through the EEOC into filing a lawsuit in Federal Court and then settling at mediation. The process was explained to me perfectly and the results were better than expected. Mr. Zoldan fights for the people who don't know the law and have little voices out there over big corporations.

I consulted and then hired Mr. Zoldan for a racial discrimination at work. We settled at mediation and we were both happy with the result.

I recently engaged the Zoldan Law Group in a complex contractural issue - they were able to help me understand my options, walk through pros/cons for each and provide a thoughtful recommendation. Ultimately, they gave me much needed clarity and confidence throughout the process and I will gladly engage them in future matters. I highly recommend them if you are looking for smart, accurate and helpful legal work.

Michael Zoldan provided me legal advice around a non-compete issue I had. I found his level of attention, promptness, and knowledge very helpful. He was able to provide me with the info I needed to make the correct decision in a very stressful situation. I have worked with other lawyers on the past. I wish I could say they were all as professional and respectful of my time and situation as Michael was.

I just had a consult with Michael. He was informative on all the issues that I raised. I definitely got my moneys worth. His answers were thought out and the scenarios were very realistic that I bet that all occur.

Settled a 6 figure deal within 4 months of hiring him. I couldn’t believe it when he called to tell me the good news.

My experience with Zoldan Law Group was utterly ridiculous. First, I received a call back from someone that was very snotty to me on the phone and I firmly believe she hung up on me half-way through describing my case. Second, for some reason I was not able to call her back and she did not call me back. So I googled Zoldan Law Group and quite possibly 20 locations appeared all over Phoenix/Scottsdale. I went to the pinnacle peak location - the office was not there. I went to the Northsight location - the office was not there. I was told that it was at the Northsight location, but in a different office in the corner of the building. Third, when I found the office, finally, I was greeted by a disinterested, dismissive, and rude office assistant. Something tells me she was the same one I spoke with on the phone. Lastly, when I spoke with her to try and schedule an appointment to discuss my case, I was told it would be $300 TO $350 JUST TO SEE IF THEY WOULD TAKE THE CASE. This law group wants $300 to $350 just to possibly tell you 'no - they won't take your case'. That is ridiculous! I wasn't going for a consultation or legal advice. I have a legitimate discrimination claim and need a lawyer. To pay $350 to be told 'no' is an EXPENSIVE 'no'. Good lord. He could literally just schedule appointments all day telling people 'no' and never have to work a day in his life.

Where do I even begin.... I was actually referred to Mike Pettiti by another law firm when trying to inquire on the legality of a unilateral change to my company's existing PTO policy. Upon contacting the office to speak with Mike, at the time he was unavailable so I was transferred to Erin who I informed of the concern that I had with my company and if it in fact violated any Arizona employment laws. She was an absolute pleasure, very thorough, asked several questions and obtained details surrounding my situation to see what legal options, if any, I had moving forward.
A few days later, my employer found out that I had consulted with an attorney and subsequently, I was sent home from work and then terminated the following day. The 10 months that would follow my termination were an absolute nightmare. Murphy's Law, anything that could have gone wrong, did. I was a single mother facing being homeless after an eviction and repossession of my vehicle, all due to my loss of employment. In addition to my financial struggles, I was in the middle of a less than respectful legal matter in family court surrounding custody of my child. Mike and his team were one of few silver linings that I had throughout this hard time in my life, an absolute Godsend!
Through the duration of my case Mike and his team went back and forth with claims through the EEOC for sexual harassment and gender discrimination and claims with the NLRB for wrongful termination and retaliation. He made every effort to accommodated my schedule, no email or phone call went without response. He worked around the clock to ensure that my questions were answered and I was informed and updated on the progress of my case.
Nearly 10 months later, to the day, I am happy to say that Mike and his Firm were able to reach a settlement with my previous employer and I can finally put all this behind me. I pray that I never find myself in a similar situation with a future employer but, if I do, I can rest assured that I will be in good hands with Mike Petitti and the staff at Aiken Schenk Hawkins & Ricciardi. He is an absolutely amazing attorney and the integrity of both him and the Firm, far exceeded my expectations!

I am not one to write testimonials often, as I believe when you hire someone to provide any kind of professional service, you are entitled to good work. However, my success and experience with Michael Zoldan and his legal team was simply above and beyond, and deserves a testimonial.
My situation involved a dispute about my role and performance in senior leadership function, with my employer, , , entailing hostile workplace, bias, and retaliation.
Michael Zoldan and his team represented me during a formal process to demand action, and then assisted me with EEOC mediation proceedings. Thanks to his guidance and expertise, we were able to secure a sizable monetary settlement, mutually agreeable separation, and several favorable non-cash protections and performances to aid with subsequent job search activity. His fees were more than reasonable.
More important than the settlement outcome though, is the manner and experience I had with Mr. Zoldan and his team. Beginning with the initial assessment, I was asked thoughtful questions and provided with a “could be” scenario that would develop as different steps were pursued. All of Michael Zoldan’s “could be” steps became reality, in the manner and order he predicted. This uncanny accuracy is a testament to his experience.
Personally, I was treated with respect and professional empathy—but never pity and never as a means to pursue a ridiculous fee or unreasonable settlement. In other words Mr. Zoldan and his team truly became my advocate. His candor and compassion kept conversations honest, expectations realistic, and execution of steps in the process as smooth as they could be. His involvement clearly improved both the speed at which my case was resolved, the amount and nature of the settlement, and most importantly the manner in which I was treated.
I encourage and implore those of you having issues with your employer, who have tried “proper channels” with no success, to engage the services of Michael Zoldan and his team. For a truly reasonable fee, you will be made financially whole, emotionally comforted, professionally vindicated, and able to move ahead with the rest of your professional life happily and easily.
Thank you Mr. Zoldan and Team for what I call my "triple goodness" outcome.

I hired Michael Zoldan to represent me at the EEOC for a wrongful termination hearing as I was terminated from Honor Health after my STD ran out. I asked for an accommodation of an an extension of my leave for chemo treatments and was denied. While at the mediation Michael said nothing to help my case, thus Honor Health shut down the mediation. I feel Mr. Zoldan was highly unprepared for this meeting and did not in any way live up to what he said we could expect from this case. Even after we spoke a week later he said we don't have a good case which I disagree. Now I am out the $300.00 we initially paid and may need to hire a new lawyer or file in Federal Court alone which is not recommended. Buyer beware with this attorney.

Mr. Zoldan represented me in a case that spanned two different employers over two different states. He was there to guide me through a difficult ordeal when I had limited options. Through his expert guidance, we were able to come out with a very favorable settlement. I cannot relay how much his perfessionalism and expertice meant to me.

I had Michael review some employment contracts. He explained everything in them and told me which ones I should renegotiate on. His rates were very reasonable also.
