I highly recommend Attorney Carl Engstrand. When I was involved in a wreck I was on the receiving end of the other person’s insurance company, and although that company was admitting fault, it was obviously in business to cut its losses. I was left feeling frustrated and powerless to adequately represent myself without an attorney experienced in accident law on my side. Carl Engstrand was recommended to me. After I called Attorney Engstrand, it was such a relief to turn the situation over to him. I was kept updated in the time frames that had been explained to me. I was T-boned by an elderly man and didn't think anything could be done except to go through our Insurances to pay for the damage. I never write reviews but Attorney Carl Engstrand is definitely one of the best personal injury attorneys. I worked side by side with him for over 6 months in the same law office being his receptionist. Carl, not only has the ethics but truly cares for his clients. I personally experienced this when I was involve in a car accident in Oct. 2014 ( first car accident so imagine how overwhelmed I felt) My car was completely totaled and I was badly injured. I had no background on how to deal with insurance. Once hiring Carl, he did not only explain step by step the process but he did actually care for my health. ( I have Lupus) He finds the best medical provider by taking in consideration your injuries, and health history. At the time of settlement Carl fights with the insurance until the settlement goal amount is reached and negotiates with the providers until reductions are made. He settle my case with over $15k in my pocket. One thing I admire from Carl, aside from his honesty and work ethic, is that he will never take more money than what his clients take home. There are not many attorneys that do this. (trust me) I can honestly say that Carl is my family’s attorney and a great friend.
