Daniel did an outstanding job with my divorce. He was aggressive in his approach and worked hard for a fair and equal outcome. He kept me informed of my legal rights throughout the process, was always prompt to return communication, and never promised more than he could deliver. He was honest, straightforward, and candid about my positions and wasn’t afraid to tell me if he thought I was being unreasonable. His knowledge of family law and the court’s positions made me feel confident in his ability to represent me. Daniel represented my son, who is a young father and was very overwhelmed by the process of petitioning for joint custody of his daughter. Prior to meeting with Daniel my son and my granddaughter's mother were in complete disagreement about all aspects of their case. With Daniel's assistance, they were able to settle most of the details of the case prior to their hearing and ultimately settled the remaining matters on the day the hearing was scheduled. Daniel was thorough, strategic, and even familiar with the specific judge that was assigned to their case. He knew what to expect and prepared my son for the likely outcomes (and was correct about them). Additionally, he came up with creative solutions for disagreements that helped with quick resolution. His expertise made a very stressful period in our life much less so and brought the case to a middle ground. My son would not have been able to come to a common ground in this case on his own. Our family is very grateful for Daniel's expertise and that we decided to hire him.

Daniel did a fantastic job on quickly working on my case with very short notice and pushed for quick resolution. His knowledge of the legal system allowed me to avoid any face to face interactions with local authorities and prevent any time in custody. This allowed me to stay focused at work and home. Daniel was always available whenever I needed him and was on time and present during our time at court. He was able to negotiate an acceptable plea agreement for me which mitigated any future ramifications for my misdemeanor crime.
