Kristen Kaffer is a wonderful lawyer and made a difficult divorce and stressful situation easier to deal with. She was a blessing and always there to answer questions no matter what time it was. She never kept me waiting and always made sure I understood all angles with no frustration on her part. Every interaction was a pleasant one with good communication. She is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone in need of a lawyer that is on point, good listener, honest, great rates, takes time to understand your needs, wants, and caring heart.

I am writing this review to tell the world what an amazing attorney Kristen Kaffer is. I retained her approximately 10 months ago after being served divorce and custody papers. This wasn't your average divorce and custody, this was a case filled with dishonesty, anger, selfishness, and emotional pain. It was honestly down right nasty thanks to my husband. Kristen went above and beyond and worked tirelessly to make it as easy as possible on my family and I. She was not only my attorney but, she was my friend, advocate, and confidont. She is extremely passionate about her job and is very well educated. The one thing I loved most about her is she was always up-front and honest about what could and couldn't happen so I never had to guess or second guess any decisions that had to be made or could be made. She also made sure she was there for me whether it be a late night phone call, e-mail, or court hearing. It didn't matter if I was calling for advice, preparation for an upcoming hearing, or just to vent because of an altercation she always listened and always walked me through step by step and she never made me feel like I was interrupting her or made me feel like I was being totally ridiculous. She is truly an amazing Attorney but, an even more amazing human being. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone and if you have to go through what I went through you are going to need and want this young woman by your side. She is truly the best and I promise you won't regret it. I know I don't. WE WON!!!! Thank you Kristen from the bottom of my heart and my children and my family thank you as well.

Going to Kristen Kaffer was one of the best decision I ever made. She is up front and direct and strong in the decision she takes or recomandes, she is very respectful and caring make you feel like you are cared about. Always up to date in everything that is going on with your case. Always answers your questions and goes far and beyond what she is required to do. One of the best lawyer I have ever been to, she will be the only lawyer for me and my family. I will highly recommended her to everybody! Awesome job! We found Kristen by way of a referral service since the case would have to be handled in Phoenix and we are in Tucson. We also knew this was an unusual case with us needing defense from an incorrect child support collection by DES. We were offered the opportunity to pay by the hour or by a flat fee. We chose the flat fee and think we really got a fair deal. Kristen was by far more responsive, prompt, diligent, and communicative than any other lawyer I have dealt with. I hope to never again need a lawyer in Phoenix but if I do I will surely contact Kristen.
