Long story short, how I received a settlement over the limits of car insurance policy. I was looking for a lawyer because the "somestate" insurance adjuster(s) refused to pay anything but the lost wages. They said I had to somehow "prove it" to them somehow. I did my due diligence, but it wasn't enough. They kept stalling. I began searching for attorneys who regularly take cases to trial and win. (In my research based on top settlements) 3 of top 7 trial lawyers worked at Friedl Richardson. I was fortunate to have Tommy Richardson to take my case. First, I answered a few questions and sent my records to his assistant so they could evaluate my claim. Once they took the case, I helped them in gather all the detailed records. Two weeks after Tommy's paperwork and demand letter were sent, the reluctant adjuster paid the policy limits. The same person who wouldn't want to pay my medical bills and stalled for over a year. It is not my place to share how Tommy managed to get a settlement that significantly exceeded the at-fault party's insurance policy. I can only tell you that it's true. I believe Tommy knows the law and the policies better than anyone, no, better than everyone. They are extremely professional Trial Lawyers! Thank you Tommy. You are awesome!

These people were of no help & wasted our time. They're probably good for everyday simple car accident cases but don't waste your time concerning more complex cases such as medical malpractice issues. These seem to be too big for their britches!

Where do I start with Friedl Richardson? I was in a fender bender about a year ago, got injured in the wreck and I knew I was going to be drained to no end going in and out of doctors offices and physical therapy not including managing the bills from them either.
