Nicole prepared all of my estate plan documents, and actually wound up saving me a lot of money. When compared to other estate plan documents, mine are the most thorough I've ever read. I think every contingency is covered. I had a list of questions which Nicole explained thoroughly, and responded quickly to my follow-up questions. I will definitely use her services again and have no reservation recommending her to friends and family.

I recently worked with Nicole Pavlik,, a Phoenix estate planning attorney, regarding my will package which included a Durable Power of Attorney, my Will, Health Care Documents, and a Beneficiary Deed . We did the preliminary discussion over Zoom and signed the paperwork in her office. I much appreciated being able to limit in person contact during the Covid period. I formerly had a large notebook of paperwork that she was able to update and simplify for my heirs and eliminate the probate process. Her fees were reasonable and I would highly recommend working with her.

All the work was done over the phone due to Covid except for the final signing of documents which was also a breeze.
