In a short three words: She is, Trustworthy, intelligent, sincere. Backstory below: In filing my new will and trust, the trust is now on my home title. So, I get this letter in the mail saying I need to pay $86 bucks for a Record Deed Notice. I assume it is because I am adding my trust to my house title. The check is in the stamped envelope and I am about to take the payment to the mail box. But…on a hunch I send a copy of the doc to my Ms. Pavlik and in a flash on a Sunday night at dinner time no less, she contacts me tells me it is scam. Nicole Pavlik my crack attorney saves the day.
