I highly recommend Hirschi Law for anyone who needs any kind of legal help. There are a lot of legal firms out there, and I'm very glad I found this one. My issue was going to cost $2500-3000 or more, but Hirschi Law’s expertise probably saved me a couple of thousand dollars! So I was well pleased. I liked Heath’s no muss, no fuss approach. He handled the process very quickly, leading to quick results. And he had to accomplish everything long distance – I am many states away! Despite that distance, I plan on continuing to use Heath for my legal needs.

Heath originally set up our trust/wills/poa. Later we had a new baby, and he updated all the docs. He is very pleasant to work with, and we very much trust his work and advice. His fees seem about average.

Heath prepared the Estate Plan for my family and was the attorney we used for my wife's aunt estate. I have recommended him to many of my clients and friends for several years. Heath has been my Tax Attorney for the past seven years. He was recommended to me by another tax attorney who did not know me, and didn't have "time" to deal with my tax matters at the time. Heath has always been a great source of advice, and he does very well with explaining our convoluted tax code. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my tax matters.

During the initial consultation, Heath educated me on the process and steps required to complete a application for a registered Trademark. After hiring , Heath completed a preliminary search in a timely fashion, then provided excellent recommendations regarding the appropriate registration classes. We were regularly advised and updated concerning progress with our registration application.
Heath's knowledge of the law as it applied to our case was I am sure the reason for a successful outcome.

Heath does all of our trademarks. He not only registered them, he has kept track of them over the years to ensure that we don't lose our trademarks, renewing them for us as needed. In addition, he helped us set up a second company. I highly recommend him.
