Based on the comments I was prepared to be dealing with thieves but my experience was quite the opposite. I spoke with Bill Eisen and he couldn't have been more pleasant, professional and understanding about my case. At this point it has been a blessing that this situation was sent to them and I am pleased with their professionalism and work ethic on my behalf.

Fraudulent company! They should be run out of business. In 2021, they were trying to collect a medical debt of $127 (which I'd already paid in full.) Fast forward to 2022 when I'm trying to get a car loan and my credit score dropped by 100 POINTS. Disputing the account now. They are a sham.

I cannot thank Lyndsey and Ginger enough for the help they gave me while going through an extremely difficult divorce with small children. I highly recommend hiring them to be the voice of sound reason through a highly emotional situation. I appreciate them so much!
