Biggest, best law firm in the country! I highly recommend.

After I was struck in a motor vehicle accident, my good friend suggested Folger Law Firm to handle the case. After a quick chat on the phone, I signed the paperwork and let Bryan go to work. The information and guidance he provided along the way was so valuable, and resulted in a settlement that I’m very happy with. It was a very smooth process, Bryan was very patient when I was not, and his guidance along the way really helped lower my stress over the whole experience. I was able to get on with my recovery without worrying about confusing legal stuff.

While on my way to take care of my sick mother at the hospital, I stopped for an oncoming ambulance and was rear ended. In the process of the accident I received an injury, but my main priorities were to get to my mother who needed me most at this time. During this process of dealing with the accident, I lost my mother and faced another challenge which involved emotional healing. Thus, I placed personal needs aside during an incredibly stressful time in anyone’s life. In the meantime, the other insurance was well aware that their client was at fault for the accident. Before I even had a chance to go to the doctors, the insurance wanted to pay me off with less than what I should have received. My trust lawyer was aware of their tactics and referred me to stop working with them and move forward with a man named Bryan Folger. Therefore, I met with this gentleman who immediately made me feel confident in trusting him with my case. I remind you that this was already a stressful time in my life, but for the first time in a while he had made me feel at ease. Bryan was remarkably effective in communicating with me on what I needed to do and what he could do to help. Before this accident, I was unaware of all the headaches and scams that could take place with an accident that was not even your fault. Bryan consistently reassured me confidence in his work and relief in this case. As a result, Bryan worked at his fullest potential to get me the highest amount I was rightfully owed. He was not in the mindset of settling but getting justice. I cannot thank this man enough for what he does and how hard he works for his clients. He is an honest man, who works diligently for his clients which is ridiculously hard to find these days. As a result, I can see why Bryan Folger is recognized as the top attorney in his field. This company continues to call me about a bill that is over a year old that was paid off directly to the medical clinic over 6 months ago. They have been told this repeatedly and they continue to call. What a bunch of incompetent bullies!!!!!!!
