If I could do 0 stars that's what I'd choose. In a case for conservatorship and guardianship, Jennifer Moshier was threatening towards her client. Threaten to withdrawal from the case anytime her client would not follow unrealistic and illegal commands. I. E. Holding a check against her client, never turning it over and even waiting until her chosen conservators against her client was made official. The changing the judges ruling and signing the check in her clients name over to conservators to cash and keep. Over 22,000.00 check. The court hearing came and she would only allow two witnesses on her clients behalf. Two that had no evidence of the case at hand. Doctors involved with the abused elderly woman were not asked to testify resulting in those very credible documents and evidentiary reviews to be thrown out. This made her client look like she had nothing. Meanwhile, these extremely unethical conservators took over her estate, selling it to a neighbor and now going after everything to make profit. Refusing to give the abused elder her property that she may want. They said her client could purchase her antique heirlooms or they just sell them. Mrs. Moshier made nearly all the threats by email, completely showing her coruptness. She also made it so the conservators, who refuse to visit the abused elderly woman and are charging 2500.00 per month to pay her bills that are very limited now that she's in a group home. They refuse to refund much of the 19,000.00 that was put forth by Mrs. Moshier a client to save her mother from a con man. All of this is hard core evidence and not hear say or opinion. Be very cautious, she seems very caring but is not at all. She charged over 15,000.00 for a conservator/guardianship case, while losing the case and ultimately cause her client to lose, not only her mother, but over 200,000.00 in bank accounts and estate. Her client was a power of attorney already and was an upstanding daughter to her mother. Kept her bills updated prior and good in her home. Not a case that's easy to lose. I hope the bar rules to get her out of this corrupt trap that is obviously greedy and not justice. It happened so fast and I will file until she's not hurting other clients this way. She has a prior for a very similar thing so we are hoping the Bar will consider that. I've never filed against any professional, but in this case I'm terrified for more to go through this in years to come, like her past two.
