I highly recommend Craig P. Cherney for divorce cases, they have really good communication. Also very professional and miss Martinez she got great customer service.

Craig was amazing to work with in my recent divorce. He had great advice and helped me every step of the way. We went through the collaborative process and he was very supportive. One example was when I called to discuss an issue and he kept the phone call at 5 minutes. I never felt like Craig was trying to get more money out of me. I thought the cost was reasonable and appropriate for my situation. Craig was also very sympathetic to me and my situation. I highly recommend Craig and his practice.

My situation was very nuanced and contained several complexities. Upon my initial consultation with Craig, he was fully aware of my case history after reading and reviewing copious amounts of documents in preparation for it. Craig and Leslie were very helpful in navigating the process of divorce and explaining the steps. Ultimately we dealt with a hostile and aggressive lawyer who tried to take me to the cleaners and strip me of my right to make decisions in regard to my children. This ended up in court after mediation was unsuccessful. The judge was not impressed with the opposing attorney gamesmanship and posturing I got favorable judgement regarding decision making, alimony and child support. The opposing attorney sold herself as the ‘go to’ attorney who can get my ex upward deviation on child support but this also did not happen.
