Unfortunately, I had the experience with an ex spouse of order of protection manipulation . This was handled disgustingly wrong by Commissioner John Doody who violated judicial conduct on a large scale. I came to Miss DiMaggio with no believe in the judicial process due to the affirmation of false statements. Miss DiMaggio was an absolute pleasure to work with in every way I could have asked for. She was organized and deliberate with her approach to my case. Miss DiMaggio paid attention to the details and the inconsistencies of the court and the ex spouse. She listen to me on multiple occasions and considered all of my views and opinions on the matter. She truly invested her time and emotion in my case and fortunately justice did prevail due to her diligence and efforts to make known the truth on my case. I cannot describe the amount of appreciation and gratitude I have for her expertise and efforts in my case. I do hope this review not only publicly acknowledges her talents in law and work ethic to seek justice, but creates trust for those seeking a fantastic attorney to handle their case with the upmost respect.

Last year I had the good fortune to work with Kaitlin on my son's legal issue. Sadly, I've had to work with a fair share of lawyers over the years, but Kaitlin truly stood out to me. This post is long over due! I had a personal injury case a few years ago that no lawyer wanted to take and a friend had referred me to Richard and he took the case and won!
