Thank you Joshua! I could not have hoped for a more stellar attorney to represent our family. Mr. Davidson was so prompt, so kind, and such an incredibly talented and intelligent individual. I'm so thankful I chose Josh Davidson to defend my son in his aggravated dui. We were beyond shock to hear that they could put you in prison for that. Keeping my son out of prison and without a felony on his record was my biggest concern and Josh was reassuring that he will do that. You always hear once you have paid your attorney you never hear back from them without a hundred phones but Josh wasn't like that at all. He kept in touch with us every step of the way so we always knew what to expect. I would most definitely recommend him to defend you.

Thank You Mr. Davidson! I am so thankful and grateful to God that I am here at home with my family and not rotting in the jail or prison cell that prosecution had lined up for me! I didn't think a good outcome was even possible owing to the number and severity of Felony charges hanging over my head including aggravated DUI, possession of controlled substance, 2 counts of assaulting officers, attempted escape, and the list goes on. Josh Davidson was the only person on my side throughout. Over the course of my 8 month legal ordeal his expert advice, commitment, compassion, and determination made all the difference and got me the 2nd chance at life I so desperately needed. I cannot speak highly enough of Mr. Davidson. After I was arrested for a DUI last year, I felt beyond afraid and embarrassed. Mr. Davidson made me feel reassured and safe throughout this entire ordeal. My case began to get very complicated since it also involved a collision with another vehicle, and the other party involved was seeking an unfair amount in restitution from me. Mr. Davidson fought on my behalf to ensure I wouldn't be taken advantage of during a time when I was already unsure of myself and any of the necessary steps this case would take. Additionally, my insurance company was extremely non-communicative in producing the necessary forms to help my case, giving both myself and Mr. Davidson months and months of run-arounds. Mr. Davidson went above and beyond to write letters, make numerous phone calls and finally petition for a subpoena to ensure the documents were released. Additionally, he was able to push my restitution hearing out numerous times to ensure I wouldn't be tried without first receiving the proper documents from the insurance company. He is very well spoken in court, and his great reputation proceeds him as numerous courthouse individuals greeted him personally. It was very impressive. I would have been taken for a scary ride if it wasn't for this man. I couldn't have done this without him.

WOW, what a rock star attorney. I had done some research on several other lawyers in town. Some of them wanted nothing but CASH UP FRONT. money. money. money. one attorney called me back 3 times trying to get the 4500 out of me. what a criminal this dude was. Josh Davidson was upfront, he was a straight-shooter, he was insightful. He fought the law and he won (and so I did I). Josh was so thorough in the 9 month process, I only had to contact him about 5 times, no drama, nothing thrilling just being a good attorney. Simple to deal with. Josh wrote periodic emails that kept me updated. he told me my options along the way and at all times, I felt like I had the strongest advocate possible. Everyone should have an attorney this strong, this bold and this knowledgeable about the system.
