I highly recommend Josh as an attorney for whatever your need may be. Josh made a very difficult experience better by being a compassionate, caring person. He was a strong, determined advocate for my son, and I believe his character was a key factor in the outcome. I feel he genuinely cares about his client, and what their family is facing. He knows the prosecutors, and how they will proceed in their case, because he used to be a prosecutor. I feel this is highly beneficial to anyone faced with a tough situation, and needing legal counsel.

My boyfriend found himself in a sticky situation last year and his family and I weren't sure what we were going to do or what was going to happen to him. We knew he needed a lawyer but we weren't sure who to choose. I came across Josh's name and typed it into Google. Josh stood out because he had a 5.0 rating. I went through the reviews and read what people were saying and based on the reviews, I realized we needed to call him. Josh was in contact with us right away and set up a meeting just a couple days after my boyfriend was arrested. During our meeting, he was able to answer all of our questions and give us a run down on what the next steps were going to be. Josh gave us time to make a decision and we ended up hiring him that same day. Throughout the time we worked with Josh, he was always quick with his email responses, answered every question he was able to, and even set up conference calls with us if we requested them. Josh kept a lot of his strategy to himself, but that was only in our best interest. We had to trust Josh knew what he was doing and in the end, he proved himself worthy. Josh was very dedicated to my boyfriend's case and I am very happy we chose him. He was able to give us hope during a terrible time and he ultimately saved my boyfriend and his future.

I have known Jacque for more than 5 years. I met her over 5 years ago when she was referred to my husband and me for bankruptcy. It was decided that we would file Chapter 13 as we didn't qualify for Chapter 7. I can happily say that we have made our last payment of a 5 year schedule. Through it all, Jacque was absolutely amazing. We were so stressed and Jacque held our hands and calmed us through the whole process. She was meticulous in her figures and her expertise amazed us. Well long behold after only a few months I found myself in some trouble and was in need of a lawyer with reasonable prices that will get the job done for you. Joshua S. Davidson kept me informed the entire time always informing me of what was going on. Also this being the first time I needed a lawyer I had a few questions and I call and or email him he was fast to get back to me with an answer to make sure understood. He is so good that I hope I never need to use him again!

To most, the thought of needing a lawyer can be overwhelming and nerve racking. I reached out to Jacque and she immediately laid much of my anxiety to rest. I am most generally not a review writer however, in this instance I need to make an exception. i moved to Arizona in 2004 at the age of 32. Coming from a small midwestern town, even at the age of 32 I was a bit naive. I found myself in a new land, in serious trouble and unfortunately ended up with a felony. Did I say I was naive? To make a long story short, Joshua was able to get my felony reduced to a misdemeanor, get the charges dismissed and was able to get the judgement vacated. WOW! Not only did he save my career, he never promised me something he had no intention on delivering. He is kind, professional and honest. One more thing, 12 years later I needed a copy of the court judgement. I called Joshua's office and the next day he personally returned my call. Not only did he remember my case, he asked me how "things" were going, he found the court documents and emailed them to me, saving me a trip down to the court house and a copy fee. If you want professionalism with a small-town- friendly-lawyer feel, please do not hesitate to give Joshua a call, you will not be disappointed.
