We had some issue with the transfer of ownership from one of the partner to us. Although the case seemed to be straight forward, there were some serious disagreement between the partners. We hired Mathew to help us resolving the deal. From the first time talking to Mathew, he was very kind, attentive, and professional. He tried to gather all information related to the issue, did some research, and got back to us with detailed strategy and how to proceed. Mathew didn't even require us to hire him before providing us all significant amount of consultation time. He made sure that we were completely comfortable with the whole plan prior to starting drafting all the legal documents. Because of the great communication between Mathew and us, everthing went so smoothly beyond our expectation. Once the contract and other related documents were presented to the other partner, the agreement was reached quickly, and both parties were happy. We are very please with the professionalism and the caring from Mathew. We will definitely come back to him for future help in any legal issue.

Ms. Vanessa Black Esq. Is as good as it gets As a human being and as an Attorney. We think she is the best Immigration attorney in town. We visited a few attorneys and paid a few consultant fees. I've had Vanessa as my lawyer for many years now. She helped me get approved for DACA when it first came out and I just got my renewed work permit in the mail last week! She made the process very simple and is always available for questions. She's also helped me with my residency application which is now in process. I was so satisfied with her services that I had her represent me for an insurance claim too, where the reps weren't even answering my calls. She won the case within a couple of weeks!
