Joshua Davidson is extremely polite and professsional. Every time I would call his office, I was greeted with polite and professinal individuals. I would recommend his services to anyone as he is very knowelegeable in the processes he supports as well as excellent with communication and follow up to ensure that I did not miss any important deadline or action item. Highly reccommend contacting him first, you dont need to waste time with other law offices. : * )

I had the pleasure of working with Joshua and I was very lucky to have someone who actually cared about my case and put in the hard work. He was extremely helpful and always got back to me right away with any questions or concerns I had along the way. He always kept me up to date on info he was getting and walked me through everything to help me better understand. Very helpful indeed! The Goldwater law firm helped me out during the " Heparin from China Is the U.S." recall back in 2008. Though it was for someone in my family. Also I still remember those recall advertisements too which frightened me! Also i have met Mr. Goldwater him self in person once but it wasn't lawsuit related.
