Josh was very proactive about this case. I was in constant communication with him and we were able to get my case from a Felony to dismissal agreement. This case was a crazy turn of events at every hearing. It went from a misdemeanor to felony to dismissal agreement. He is a great person to have on your side if you find yourself in need of a lawyer. Better call Josh!

I cannot say enough good things about Josh! My husband was falsely charged with a felony so we decided we needed to hire a lawyer. We read Josh’s reviews and were very impressed. I must say, he definitely lived up to his amazing reputation!! I am an extremely stressed person in general, so going through my husband’s felony suit was not easy for me. I called and emailed Josh A LOT with so many questions and concerns and fears. He always took the time to calm me down and answer my questions (he really served as both a therapist and lawyer lol). Also, my husband was separately emailing and calling Josh… so he was pretty much in constant communication with us. Josh is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and fairly priced. He has a good reputation with judges and other lawyers and is able to communicate effectively. In the end, he got the felony DISMISSED! That’s right, DISMISSED!!! We couldn’t be more pleased. Joshua went above and beyond to help a very close friend of mine. He explained the entire process in way we both understood. My friend received a lesser charge and the lowest mitigated sentence that she could. When more evidence surfaced he contacted both of us about a post conviction relief. I was referred to Sue by a couple of co-workers and she did not disappoint. She's easy to talk with, was very clear in what I needed to gather for our first meeting (which was minimal) and the turnaround of final docs was much quicker than I had anticipated.
