zero stars for Susan. I lost my case and I lost my money because fo 3 years she didn't do anything. Be careful people.

Filing for bankruptcy is not a process that I thought I would be doing, but Susan McGinnis and her legal team made the process seemingly easy. Kim, her legal secretary, walked me through the steps and getting all the documents together and is very knowledgeable and kept me informed of all the details needed for my case to be filed and successfully resolved. I knew that I could get answers to any questions that I had throughout the course of my case. I can’t thank Susan and Kim enough.

Frances also known as Susan MCGINNIS was paid a flat fee for a family law issue. She lost documents was horrible at corresponding and then kept asking for more money even though there was a flat fee agreement. She does very little work do not hire. Was referred by a retired judge named Judy Joseph.
