Frances also known as Susan MCGINNIS was paid a flat fee for a family law issue. She lost documents was horrible at corresponding and then kept asking for more money even though there was a flat fee agreement. She does very little work do not hire. Was referred by a retired judge named Judy Joseph.

I received the best representation and at a price I could afford after shopping around. The environment is welcoming and you can actually call this office and not get thrown into a voicemail. They are efficient and prompt in resolving my questions. There was no hesitation on giving me a cell phone number to reach them at anytime. I would highly recommend this firm and will use them in the future if needed for additional legal services. This was the best experience I have ever had. Thank you!

Susan and her team were nothing short of fantastic!! The absolute best! I was up against a narsasist, alcoholic junkie who had not seen his boys for MONTHS!! From the very beginning to even know these ladies have helped me, answered my endless phone calls and proceeded with complete confidence! She ripped my ex apart up on the stand and caught him in numerous lies! I won full sole custody of both of my boys!!

I hired Susan for a bankruptcy. I received the best prompt representation. Her office is very personable and she is available at the drop of a dime. I never felt like I was put off or put to the side. She was able to meet with me personally whenever I requested. I felt right at home. Not once did I feel like "just another client". She gave me her cell number and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. I would more than recommend her to any of my friends!

I worked with F. Susan McGinnis in regards to my divorce. I am so thankful to her for helping me through a really difficult time. She was always willing to talk to me when I would call in a panic. If it weren't for her, I am not sure how my situation would have turned out. She was able to negotiate a totally fair settlement for me.

Hired for a personal bk case. She and her staff were terrible. Didn't keep me informed about important information. Didn't show up for hearing with State Trustee. Lost documents. Terrible experience. Tried to force me into a Chapter 13 so she could get paid for five years even though a Chapter 7 was far more appropriate. Filed a complaint against her with the State Bar.

Excellent Lawyer! Honest and trustworthy. She rapresented me back in 2008 for my child custody and she won the case for me. My child's father is re-trying to take my only son away from me and she is rapresenting me again. I truly like her and highly raccomend her .
